Challenge

After five years of running a strong and reliable app, SeamlessDocs turned to iTechArt for augmenting its onsite team. The Client was seeking top-notch engineers to support and scale the existing app, implement a scope of new modules, and handle quality assurance.

Solution

The cornerstone of the project was scaling the main PHP-based solution. Apart from that, our to-do list included the following tasks:

Established electronic document workflows with different stages, tags, and assignees
Created a payment system to be integrated with various payment platforms
Implemented the e-signature component to establish e-signature workflows
Developed a rules system for setting up customer workflows

Introduced a form generation system based upon user documents and converting them into web forms
Built modules for online form creation with the ability to convert PDFs into web forms
Added a new component for automatic emailing, tagging, setting approval stages, and assignment to specific users
Used micro frontends architecture to create flexible UI modules and mix them into legacy applications
Installed a module to customize web forms and embed them into the user's website

To date, the project is still in progress, so iTechArt's team continues to work on the solution and incrementally implement new features.
